How-to: Feeling good

Feeling good just attracts more feeling good. Isn't that what life's about? I believe that all of us want to feel good.

Ingredients:

  • your desire to feel good (i.e. happy, joyful, blissful, passionate)
  • your participation in www.LastWorker.com
  • your engagement in anything in life that turns you on

Steps:

  1. Become aware of your feelings.
  2. Be accepting of all of your feelings, both happy and unhappy. (While you likely have a preference for feeling happy, it's also okay if you don't feel happy).
  3. Take action to feel happy.  One action could be signing up to participate on www.LastWorker.com so that you can share your priceless input of what improves your life.  Put your attention onto those things that work for you.
  4. Become a master worker on the www.LastWorkder.com site in order to help create a wiki book that will help you and help others even further improve our lives.

I must say that when I am able to break away from the work of dveloping this site, and then approach this site as a user (as I'm doing now), my mood perks up. Amazing to see the different practices and beliefs of other people on how they improve their lives, and to engage them on it.
