I'd agree with drLove. I get cravings the more I eat of something. For example, I just got back from a Greek island where they bake fresh bread daily. On the island, I ate more than one loaf of bread per day. After a few days of that, Sunday came, and I zoomed around the island looking for a fix. But turns out all the bread "furnaces" are closed on Sundays. Argh! Was I addicted on the island? Sort of. But after a couple of days back home not eating any bread, any latent cravings will go away.
