Starting Fresh

Posted July 30, 2008, by drLove

The best way of starting fresh in my opinion, is to start drinking 2 1/2 L of pure clean water daily and following this diet.  If you don't want to spend any money, instead of having a "Naturally Empowered Health Shake" for breakfast, have fruit and nuts.

Following this diet will help tremendously in getting you on track again.

If you don't mind spending money on an excellent detoxification program, then I would definately do this program.  I have repeatedly seen blood pressures come down, complexions improve, weight drop and an increased ability to deal with stress when people do this program.  However, if your bowels are not regular, you must deal with this first before doing this program.

This is just one program that I recommend.  There are a multitude of liver detoxification programs out there on the market that help people get on the right track toward fantastic health.  Many are excellent.  This is just one that I prescribe regularly (or something similar to that when I know an individual's detailed medical history and tailor it for their specific needs).

Any program that you choose to do, decide to commit to it.  Plan that you will not be travelling or going away for 3 weeks (or however long the program is for).  Plan to have it a time of rest and reflection with moderate exercise.  Restaurant eating will be be replaced with home prepared meals during this period of time.  This is because eating out (unless the restaurant is an organic venue), means that you will be served food that will most definately be laced with health depleting chemicals within the food itself or within the condiments used to prepare the food.

That's my suggestion.  Good luck.  At 31 and with no disease you are blessed.  Many people come to me with advanced terminal disease asking me the same questions as what you have written on this website.  It's a lot easier from your vantage point.
