Below are charts showing my weight, body fat %, and waist size, as measured on a weekly basis, going back to January of this year:

From the above data, it's safe to say that, since January, I'm down about 8 pounds, which seems to have come from my body fat. Specifically, since January, I'm down about 2.5% in body fat, and 2 inches around my waist.
The only explanation I have for this phenomenon is Ogbono, Baby!.
The story behind Ogbono's effect on body fat concerns a theory about leptin resistance. I don't know if that theory is valid. I'm pondering how to test it some more.
I haven't taken the Ogbono supplements from LEF since early March of this year (Week 11 on the above charts). I'm contemplating trying another 10-week trial of these supplements just to see what happens.
Another approach would be to go in the opposite direction. Since March, I've been buying Ogbono seeds from a local African grocer. I add some of it to my morning oatmeal, yogurt, and smoothies. So I'm consuming a little bit of Ogbono maybe 5 times a week. Perhaps I'll try cutting out Ogbono completely from my diet for 10 weeks or so and see what happens.
I think I'll call up drLove and see which approach she thinks I should try out.
Hey, I'm 46 years old and I think I found the Fountain of Youth this year in an obscure African nut. Saying that out loud sounds weird to me. Ergo, my interest in testing it out some more.
