@thomas2go: Fascinating. I'd really love to hear your experiences with Ogbono as time goes on. I've been taking the seed since early 2009, and as I write, I'm down over 10 pounds, and over 2.5 inches on my belly. Only explanation I have is Ogbono. And the supplement doesn't seem necessary (for me at least).
