Best Website on the Net

Posted March 17, 2007, by drLove

For me, LastWorker.com is by far and away the best site on the net.  Everyday I have something to write about and to share with others.  Some things that I write I know will help other people.

Frequently I read other people's submissions on the site which challenge my own current ways of thinking and this helps me learn and grow.

There are other submissions that I find touching and I feel great just reading them!Kiss

Everyday I find something humorous on the site to belly laugh about.Laughing

This site is one of the greatest vehicles for self-expression and international connection I know of.  It embodies the spirit of good will as well as a sincere desire to want the best for all people.

Thank you all Last Workers. Smile

Thank you God Winkfor my new found passion.

Couldn't have said it better. Your testimony and comment capture the "wisdom of the crowds" dynamic that lies at the heart of this site. I suspect that the collection of Last Workers will prove to be one rather wise crowd.

This website is a pioneer in the self-help/personal growth movement. It does not rely on "gurus" to tell us how to live or what will work for us in our own lives. It doesn't involve sitting in a lecture hall listening to an author pontificate about the wisdom of life and how to make your life better. What it does do, is assume that we are the experts of our own lives - not some philosopher, author or sage. We are the sages of our own life, and on this site, we share with each other what works for us. On this site we see that all things do not work for all people. And we can choose more easily, what to accept as valuable for us and what we do not accept and have a dialogue to better understand ourselves and each other. This in my opinion, is the ultimate of personal growth.
