There is no easy way to grieve the loss of a loved one but what can I do to better equip myself, my heart and body?

Posted February 20, 2008

Very recently my much loved father passed  on.  I am dealing with so many difficult feelings and thoughts because I feel in some ways I didn't have a chance to thank him for so many things he has done for me and also to  show him that I am progressing in life.  There are no doubts that my father loved me and my sons who he has basically raised, they too are experiencing the feelings of losing a father.  I first began to abuse alcohol as a teenager and that has continued until now but more so since my father has passed on. One of the reasons I am here on Holonation is because I am searching..searching for ways to improve my health and my quality of life especially for my sons. I am open to any suggestions of how I may better equip my body to deal.
