Does Craving mean I am Addicted?

Posted April 11, 2008

Recently I have been coming across books and webpages that talk about sugar addictions.  Most ask a list of questions so the reader can determine if he or she is addicted to sugar.  One of the questions that comes up often is 'Do you crave sweets, chocolate, or other sugary snacks?'  I crave chocolate sometimes, but it does not mean I go out and eat it.  Just because we crave something, does it mean we are addicted to it?
