is there any natural treatment for a teen boy with large breast?

I believe my son is estrogen dominant from a weight problem for many years.  His arms and legs are normal size, but he has a distended belly and large breasts.  I have checked his testosterone levels and they were low for his age a year ago.  However, last check showed it was coming along better.  He has become very self-conscious about this.  Can you help?
