Clean Slate

Posted July 30, 2008

My motivation to be healthy and live healthy has faded quite a bit over the years due to both circumstantial reasons as well as life style choices. My skin is ruddy and I have increased break outs to boot. I suppose one of the reasons I chose today to  examine my life and the way I'm living it is because it's my Dad's birthday who we lost in January.

I guess my question is, what would be a good way to start clean? What are some steps I could take before my health concerns turn into genuine health problems? I am only 31 years old and at one time in my life was a role model of health with the amount that I exercised, the way I ate and my confidence and happiness in general. I know I can get back on the right track. Some advice on this matter may be helpful. Any suggestions?
